Who can enroll in Rewards?

United States residents of all ages are eligible to create a Rewards account and register a Power Card but you must be 18 years of age or older to receive special offers. Membership is non-transferable. You must opt-in to Dave & Buster's emails in order to get your enrollment offer, which will be sent via email within 24-48 hours. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

How do I sign-up for Rewards?

I don't have a Power Card® number. Can I still sign-up for Rewards?

YES! You don't need a Power Card number to sign-up. Just fill out your full name, email address, date of birth, password and your preferred Dave & Buster's location to start receiving Rewards.

But, with a registered Power Card you will be able to earn even more FREE game play so don't forget to go back and update your account when you get your Power Card!

Where is my Power Card® number?

Your Power Card number is on the back of the card at the bottom under all of the legal.

What is the Power Card® PIN number?

The Power Card PIN number is the 4 digit number on the back of the Power Card. If your Power Card does not have a PIN, you can trade your Power Card for a new one that does at any Dave & Buster's location. Balances for Power Cards without a 4 digit PIN number on the back can only be checked in-store.

What is a "Power Card®"?

A Dave & Buster's Power Card is how you pay for most of the games in the Midway. It's a great alternative to stuffing your pockets with tokens, coins or dollar bills. You simply "charge up your Power Card" in-store at a Charging Station kiosk, with a Dave & Buster's server, or through the Charging Station Mobile App right from your smartphone. 

You choose the amount of money you want to put on your Power Card. Plus, you can store your winning tickets on your card until you're ready to cash them in for prizes at the Winner's Circle. Power Cards can be purchased at any Dave & Buster's location.

What is a "Chip"?

When you "charge" your Power Card at a kiosk, with a Dave & Buster's server, or on the Charging Station App you are purchasing "Chips". These chips are used to pay for many of the games in the Dave & Buster's Million Dollar Midway. Various games require various numbers of chips.

What is a "Ticket"?

Many of the games in the Dave & Buster's Million Dollar Midway offer opportunities to win various quantities of tickets depending on the game. Tickets can be redeemed at the Winner's Circle for great prizes.

What is a "Rewards Point"?

Dave & Buster's Rewards members who have registered their Power Card can earn free game play for every 100 Rewards Points they earn. Members earn one (1) Rewards Point for every dollar they spend on food, beverages and games at Dave & Buster's. That's a 10% savings, just for having FUN!

Rewards Points cannot be redeemed for prizes and do not accumulate, but instead clear out after $100 in purchases has been reached.

Can I register more than one Power Card®?

No. There is a limit of one Power Card registration per person / Rewards account. However, multiple Power Cards can be stored in the Charging Station Mobile App for quick reference, accessibility to balances, and exclusive in-app only offers and coupons. Can I use the same email address for more than one Power Card® registration?

No. Each Power Card number has to be registered under a different email address.

Can I use more than one coupon/offer at a time?

Rewards coupons and offers are not valid with any other offer, Special Events packages or Eat & Play Combos. Offers are non-negotiable, non-transferrable and not for resale. Offers cannot be combined.

Can my Rewards coupons be mailed to me?

No. Rewards coupons can only be sent via email. In your profile, you must opt-in to receive offers from Dave & Buster's to receive coupons and other exclusive offers.

It has been more than 48 hours and I have not received my "$10 FREE Game Play" for signing up. What do I do?

First, search your email inbox and junk folder for emails from "Dave & Buster's Rewards" or "email@daveandbustersemail.com". If you are still unable to locate your welcome email please contact us at (800) 842-5369.

Will the "FREE $10 Game Play" for signing up be added directly to my Power Card®?

No. The $10 free game play coupon for signing up will be sent to your registered email address. You must print the coupon and bring it to the store to redeem prior to the expiration date. However, as you earn free game play with purchases (when you swipe your registered Power Card), those Rewards will be added directly to your registered Power Card and you will receive an email congratulating you on earning the free game play.

Will the game play I earn through purchases be added directly to my Power Card®?

Yes! As you earn free game play with purchases, those rewards will be added directly to your registered Power Card and you will receive an email congratulating you on earning the free game play. However, "Welcome Bonus" and "Birthday" coupons will be emailed to you.

What do I do if I am no longer receiving Rewards emails?

First, search your inbox and junk folder for emails from "Dave & Buster's Rewards" or "email@daveandbustersemail.com". Also, check your online Dave & Buster's account profile and make sure you have opted-in to receive email offers and communications from Dave & Buster's. If you are still unable to locate Dave & Buster's emails, please contact us at (800) 842-5369.

Can I use my Power Card® at any location?

YES! If you visit a new location, take your Power Card to an attendant to have it activated, or "roamed" at that location.

Does my Power Card® expire?

No, Power Cards do not expire.

Can I consolidate multiple Power Card® balances to one card?

Yes! Ask a game attendant to combine the balances from different Power Cards onto your registered Rewards Power Card. The more chips you play on that card, the sooner you can earn free game play!

How do I check my Power Card® balances?

You can check Power Card balances on the Power Cards page, by calling (888) 300-1515, at any Power Station or Rewards Kiosk in-store, at the Front Desk of any Dave & Buster's location, or by downloading the Charging Station Mobile App.

If I lose my Power Card®, how can I get a replacement?

If you have registered your Power Card on your Dave & Buster's Rewards account, retrieve your registered card number from your profile online. Then take the number to the front desk attendant to transfer your balances to a replacement card.

Can I replace my Power Card® at any location?

Yes, you can replace your Power Card at any Dave & Buster's location.

If I lose my Power Card®, can it be used?

As a Rewards Member with a registered Power Card, you should immediately transfer your balance to a new Power Card at any Dave & Buster's location.

Does my account profile automatically update with my replacement Power Card® number?

Rewards members should submit and maintain accurate user information in connection with their Dave & Buster's Rewards account. Members can update their account information online or at any in-store Rewards kiosk.

How do I update my Rewards account with new information including a new Power Card® number?

Update your account profile by logging into your account online here or at any in-store Rewards kiosk.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

My Rewards membership is under an old email address. How can I get into my Rewards account?

What should I do if my account shows my Power Card® number as 0?

Please update your Rewards profile by logging into your account online, go to My Profile and update your account with your Power Card number.

Once I earn 100 Rewards Points on qualifying purchases, when is the $10 free game play added to my Power Card®?

The $10 free game play chips will automatically be loaded to your registered Power Card the next day.

Do the Rewards "Chips" expire?

Yes, all Rewards chips expire 45 days after the date they are added. However, if both Reward Chips and Regular Chips are on your Power Card, the Reward Chips will be used first.

Why are my Rewards points not automatically loaded on to my Power Card® at the location?

If you purchase game play through the automated Charging Station kiosk, the points are automatically added to your Rewards account.  If you purchase at the front desk or through any Dave & Buster's employee, you must ask the employee to "add your purchase to your Rewards account", and you must present your registered Power Card.  

Rewards purchases may also be added from the Dave & Buster’s website by clicking the Rewards tab and logging into your Rewards account. The request form is located at the bottom of the page.

For Rewards credits on a purchase, you must provide an image/picture of the check that shows the check number and dollar amount. Requests without image will not be credited. A limit of three (3 requests) per Member, per calendar year will be considered for Rewards Points that where not recorded at the time of qualifying purchases.
