    What is the Dave & Buster's Rewards program?
    Dave & Buster's Rewards is a FREE program where guests can earn FREE game play and receive great offers! Join the FREE Dave & Buster's Rewards program, and we'll send you a FREE $10 game play (with purchase of $10 game play) coupon just for signing up! Plus, with a registered Power Card, you'll receive:

    Who can enroll in Rewards?
    Membership is open to United States residents who are at least 18 years of age. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Membership is non-transferable.

    How do I join Rewards?
    Guests can enroll at the Rewards Kiosk at any Dave & Buster's location or register online

    I don't have a Power Card number. Can I still register for Rewards?
    YES! You can enroll for Rewards without a Power Card number. Just fill out your name, email address, date of birth, and the location nearest you to start receiving your rewards. But, with a registered Power Card you will be able to earn even more FREE game play so don't forget to go back and update your profile when you get your Power Card!

    Where is my Power Card number?
    Your Power Card number is on the back of the card above a barcode or in the top right corner.

    What is the Power Card PIN number?
    The Power Card PIN number is the 4 digit number on the back of the Power Card. If your Power Card does not have a PIN, you can trade your Power Card for a new one that does at any Dave & Buster's location.

    What is a "Power Card"?
    A Dave & Buster's Power Card is how you pay for most of the games in the Midway. It's a great alternative to stuffing your pockets with tokens, coins or dollar bills. You simply "charge up your Power Card" at a Charging Station kiosk, or with a Dave & Buster's server. You choose the amount of money you want to put on your Power Card. Plus, you can store your winning tickets on your card until you're ready to cash them in for prizes at the Winner's Circle. Power Cards can be purchased at a Dave & Buster's location.

    What is a "chip"?
    When you "charge" your Power Card at a kiosk or with a Dave & Buster's server, you are purchasing "chips". These chips are used to pay for many of the games on the Dave & Buster's Midway. Various games require various numbers of chips.

    What is a "ticket"?
    Many of the games on the Dave & Buster's Midway offer opportunities to win various quantities of tickets depending on the game. Tickets can be redeemed at the Winners Circle for prizes.

    What is a "Rewards Point"?
    Members of the Dave & Buster's Rewards program can earn free game play for every 100 Rewards Points they earn. Members earn one (1) Rewards Point for every dollar they spend on food, beverages and games at Dave & Buster's. Some restrictions apply. See Official Rules for details. Click here to join!

    Can I register more than one Power Card?
    No, there is a limit of one Rewards registration per person.

    Can I use the same email address for more than one Power Card registration?
    No, each card number has to be registered under a different email address.

    Can I use more than one coupon at a time?
    Rewards coupons and offers are not valid with any other offer, Special Events packages or Eat & Play Combo. Offers are non-negotiable, non-transferrable and not for resale.

    Can my Rewards coupons be mailed to me?
    No. Rewards coupons can only be sent via email. In your profile, you must opt-in to receive offers from Dave & Buster's to receive coupons and other great offers.

    It has been more than 48 hours and I have not received my $10 free game play. What do I do?
    First, search your In-Box and Junk Mail Folder for emails from "Dave & Buster's Rewards" or "email@daveandbustersemail.com". If you are still unable to locate your welcome email please contact us at (800) 842-5369.

    Will the "FREE $10 game play for enrolling" be added directly to my Power Card?
    No. The $10 free game play coupon for enrolling will be sent to your registered email address. You must print the coupon and bring to the store to redeem prior to the expiration date. However, as you earn free game play with purchases, those rewards will be added directly to your registered Power Card and you will receive an email congratulating you on earning the free game play.

    Will the game play I earn through purchases be added directly to my Power Card?
    Yes! As you earn free game play with purchases, those rewards will be added directly to your registered Power Card and you will receive an email congratulating you on earning the free game play. However, Welcome Bonus coupons and Birthday coupons will be emailed to you.

    What do I do if I am no longer receiving Rewards emails?
    First, search your In-Box and Junk Mail Folder for emails from "Dave & Buster's Rewards" or "email@daveandbustersemail.com". Also, check your online Dave & Buster's profile and make sure you have opted-in to receive email offers and communications from Dave & Buster's. If you are still unable to locate Dave & Buster's emails, please contact us at (800) 842-5369.

    Can I use my card at any location?
    YES! If you visit a new location, take your Power Card to an attendant to have it activated at that location.

    Does my Power Card expire?
    No, Power Cards do not expire.

    I have more than one card. Can I consolidate them to one?
    Yes! Ask a game attendant to combine the balances from different cards onto your registered Rewards card. The more chips you play on that card, the sooner you can earn free game play!

    How do I check my Power Card balance?
    You can check Power Card balances here, at any in-store Power Station or Rewards Kiosk or at the Front Desk.

    If I lose my card, how can I get a replacement?
    If you have registered your card on your Dave & Buster's Rewards account, retrieve your registered card number from your profile online. Then take the number to the front desk attendant to transfer your balances to a replacement card.

    Can I replace my card at any location?
    Yes, you can replace your card at any Dave & Buster's location.

    If I lose my Power Card, can it be used?
    As a registered Rewards Member, you should immediately transfer your balance to a new Power Card.

    Does my profile automatically update with my replacement card number?
    Rewards members should submit and maintain accurate user information in connection with their Dave & Buster's Rewards account. Members can update their account information online at http://www.daveandbusters.com/rewards or at any in-store Rewards kiosk.

    How do I update my Rewards profile with new information including a new Power Card number?
    Update your member profile by logging into your account online here or at any in-store Rewards kiosk.

    I have requested my password and I have not received an email. What do I do?
