1. This policy applies company-wide and applies to all store hourly team members hired through August 29, 2021. Begin working an hourly role for Dave & Buster’s any time before August 29, 2021 and remain actively employed by D&B through August 31, 2021. Work an average of at least 25.0 hours per week from the later of May 31, 2021 or the time you are hired through August 29, 2021. If you meet all of the criteria listed above, you’ll receive a one-time bonus, based on your start date with Dave & Buster’s! Hired May 2021 or Earlier: $1,000 Total Bonus Amount. Hired June 2021: $750 Total Bonus Amount. Hired July 2021: $500 Total Bonus Amount. Hired August 2021: $250 Total Bonus Amount. You must be employed by Dave & Buster’s on August 31, 2021, to be eligible for the bonus. Bonuses will be paid on your first regular paycheck after September 15, 2021 and will be reduced by amounts withheld by the Company to satisfy applicable federal and state tax and other withholding requirements. Only hours actually worked count toward average hours worked; PTO and other paid time off do not count toward the average. If you have a break in employment during the summer, bonus eligibility will be determined based on most recent hire date and average hours worked since the most recent hire date. After the bonus is earned, any overtime premium paid for hours worked 5/31/21 – 8/29/21 will be recalculated to include the bonus, in accordance with state and federal law. This plan supersedes any retention or sign-on bonus program advertised internally or externally by Dave & Buster’s.
2. This policy applies company-wide and applies to all active non-officer team members for all referrals for store hourly roles hired May 3, 2021 through July 31, 2021. If your referral is hired by Dave & Buster’s, remains employed by D&B for at least 30 consecutive days and works an average of at least 20.0 hours per week during that 30 day period, you will receive a $250 bonus on the first paycheck of the month following the team member’s 30-day anniversary. If your referral is hired by Dave & Buster’s, remains employed by D&B for at least 90 consecutive days and works an average of at least 20.0 hours per week during that 90 day period, you will receive an additional $250 bonus on the first paycheck of the month following the team member’s 90-day anniversary. You must be employed with us on the date of the distribution of each bonus to receive the bonus. If your referral has previously been employed by D&B, at least 90 days must have passed since they were last employed by D&B. Only hours actually worked count toward average hours worked; PTO and other paid time off do not count toward the average. Only the first team member who refers a new hire is eligible to receive a bonus for that referral. In the event that more than one person refers a new team member, the General Manager of the store in which the referred team member works has sole discretion to determine which team member made the first referral and, therefore, is eligible to receive the referral bonuses. Bonuses will be reduced by amounts withheld by the Company to satisfy applicable federal and state tax and other withholding requirements. Managers are ineligible for a referral bonus related to a hire for which they made the hiring decision, and they are also ineligible if the referred employee works on their team. For the time, this plan supersedes any other referral program advertised internally or externally by Dave & Buster’s.
3. This policy applies to all active store hourly team members for all hours worked during designated peak shifts between June 4, 2021 and June 27, 2021. For every hour worked between 4:00 p.m. Friday afternoon through 4:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon each weekend in June, you will receive an extra $1 per hour of Peak Premium Pay. Peak Premium Pay will be automatically included in your regular paycheck. Peak Premium Pay will be paid in accordance with applicable State and Federal guidelines and will be included in the regular rate of pay for overtime premium calculations.
