Crane City is unique to Dave & Buster’s. It’s a designated zone of small prize games, where guests can play to earn eligible plushes and trade them in for Crane Bucks. 

Crane Bucks are a digital reward currency that can be earned by trading in eligible plush toys and redeemed for MEGA prizes in the Trade Up Machine.

Dave & Buster's Euless is currently the pilot location for Crane City. We hope to expand the experience to additional Dave & Buster's locations in the future.

No. Once a plush leaves the store, it is yours to keep and is no longer eligible to be traded in for Crane Bucks.

Ensure the plushes are properly set onto the center of the playfield, ensuring space between the plushes. Do not remove the tags before trading in. Removal of the tags will result in an error. Only plushes redeemed in the Crane City machines will be accepted. If you're still experiencing issues, please ask a Team Member for assistance.

Only plushes won from Crane City cranes can be exchanged for Crane Bucks. Prizes received from the WIN, Human Crane, Merch store, or cranes outside of Crane City are not eligible. 

No, once Crane bucks are used to trade up for a MEGA prize, that MEGA prize is yours. No exchanges or reimbursements.

Scan your Power Card at a Crane City balance reader in-store to view your Crane Bucks balance.

Not at this time. Crane Bucks balances can only be viewed in-store using a Crane City balance reader. We hope to add app functionality as the experience expands.

Yes. Crane Bucks are subject to expiration. Expiration terms may change at any time.

Individual plush values are indicated on eligible crane machines with an orange decal. The Trade In machine is programmed to recognize the shape, tag, and weight of the plush to program your Power Card with associated Crane Bucks.

No. Crane Bucks can only be redeemed by trading in plushes redeemed from participating crane machines, located inside Crane City.

Power Cards can be combined with a Team Member, which will transfer all game chips and Crane Bucks to one card. We do not allow for customizable transfers. At this time, we do not allow for multiple Power Cards loaded with Crane Bucks to be used at the Trade In Machine. 

Yes, Power Cards must be loaded and scanned to play the cranes in Crane City. Crane Bucks will be added to the Power Card tapped on the Trade In machine.

Yes. Any loaded Power Card may be used to play eligible Crane City crane games and earn Crane Bucks.

Unlimited game play is valid on blue and green swipe games only. Purple swipe games—including VR, crane games, pushers, dance games or merchandising games—are excluded from unlimited game play programming.
