You can purchase your Membership on our website, in-store at a kiosk, or with a Team Member.

Yes, you will be prompted to enroll in the D&B Rewards program at time of purchase. You will not be required to download the app.

 Once you’ve purchased your membership, you’ll receive a QR code via SMS or email (based on your selection). Present your QR code to a Team Member in-store to receive your exclusive Power Card. You will also be asked to show a valid form of identification.  

Yes, the discount applies to all arcade games and acts as a standard Power Card. However, it does not apply to amusements like the Human Crane, Arena, or Social Bays.

 The UFC Membership is available for use on all UFC Numbered Events and Fight Nights. Applicable events and dates will be communicated on our website.

Your valid 12-month membership period begins from the date of purchase and ends exactly 365 days after the initial purchase.

No refunds will be issued for the UFC Membership.

The UFC Membership can be used in all locations except Pelham, NY and Canada stores.

The food and beverage discount of 20% can be used on any food or non-alcoholic beverage items from our dining menu. Please make sure to provide your phone number and present your UFC Membership to your server to receive this benefit. This discount cannot be used with any existing deals such as $1 Wings, Eat and Play Combo, or any other promotional food and beverage items.

You can use your 20% food and beverage discount once per day on valid dates.

If the store you are visiting is participating in the membership, but is not showing an event, the UFC Membership will still be valid for use on that day. Please view the website for the event schedule to see which events are included.

If you lose your UFC Power Card, you can tell a team member at any participating location, who will provide a standard Power Card with a UFC sticker to indicate your membership. The 200 bonus chips granted at sign-up will not be re-added

No, switching from the UFC Membership to a Season Pass is not permitted.
