What is the Leaderboard?

The Leaderboard is a new, innovative experience that unlocks competitive game play, tracking wins in real-time and ranking top scores against guests locally and nationwide. A guests’ position on the Leaderboard will be indicated by their selected Play ID.

What is a Play ID? How do I get one?

A Play ID is unique identifier for guests at D&B that allows you to participate in Leaderboard challenges. Play IDs can be obtained at a kiosk at your local D&B. In addition, you must be 13 years of age or older and join the D&B Rewards program to select a Play ID.

When does the Challenge take place?

This Leaderboard Challenge runs June 11th through September 1st.

How do I participate in the challenge?

You must be a member of the D&B Rewards program AND have a Play ID. Both can be obtained at your local D&B store at the kiosk. Follow the prompts to opt-in and head to any of the 5 games included in the challenge. If you secure a first-place win or jackpot, you’ve earned your spot on the Winning on All Cylinders Leaderboard.

How do I win prizes? Can I win more than once?

There are multiple ways to win in the Winning on All Cylinders Leaderboard Challenge. Every first place win or jackpot gets you a position on the Leaderboard AND an entry into the End of Summer Sweepstakes.

Every month, the Play ID with the top spot – 1st place – for each game at the store level will receive a prize. The local Leaderboards will be reset monthly.

At the end of the Leaderboard Challenge (Sept. 1) the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place Play ID winners that have accumulated the most wins by game across all stores for the duration of the summer will receive prizes. The scoring is based on a cumulative total of wins/jackpots across June, July, and August.

National (end of summer) Sweepstakes Winner via random drawing. Guests can earn up to 2 entries per day; equaling a total of 25 entries across the summer program. Entry into sweepstakes can also be obtained through mail-in (no purchase required).

What is the Winning on All Cylinders Leaderboard Challenge?

The Leaderboard Challenge is a new, innovative way for guests to compete nationwide across 5 epic racing games. This summer, every first place finish boosts your Leaderboard ranking and increases your chance to win exclusive prizes and a brand-new car!

I forgot my Play ID, where can I find it?

Your Play ID can be found in your D&B mobile app or you can visit the kiosk at your local D&B and locate the information by going through the Power Card check-balance or recharge steps.

How do I track my score and position on the Leaderboard?

In the store, the Leaderboard is featured on TVs around the bar, the WIN Store, and one of the screens on the WOW Wall. Guests can also see their position online at www.daveandbusters.com/leaderboard and within the D&B App.

On the website and within the App, you can see a personal view of your standings. If you don’t see your personal ranking then 1) make sure you’re playing one of the games included in the Leaderboard challenge, and 2) ensure you’ve met the requirements to get on the Leaderboard

How old do I have to be to play in the Leaderboard Challenge?

You must be 13 years or older to be able to enter the challenge

What games are part of the Leaderboard Challenge?

There are 5 games included in the Winning on All Cylinders Leaderboard Challenge: Hot Wheels Victory Lap, Cruis’n Blast, NASCAR Pit Stop, Super Bikes 3 and Top Gun: Maverick.

Can I participate at more than one location?

Yes, once your Rewards account is associated with a Play ID, you have the chance to stack up wins associated with any participating location.

What happens if there is a tie for one of the winning positions on the Leaderboard?

The first Play ID to earn the number of wins that correlates to the position in question, will be deemed the winner of the ranking.

How do I claim my prize if I win?

If you are a winner of one of the monthly or national competitions, you will receive an SMS to claim your prize. You must complete the form within 7 days with your information to obtain your prize.

What if I swiped the wrong Power Card before playing a game?

All Power Cards associated with your Rewards account will be linked to a single Play ID.

If you’ve swiped a Power Card not linked to your Rewards account, then the game play will not be recognized as an entry into the Winning on All Cylinders Leaderboard Challenge. Game play will not be retrofitted for XYZ.

What if I have questions or issues with tracking my wins?

You can track all of your wins by searching your Play ID here: daveandbusters.com/leaderboard

If you are unable to find your Play ID or view your wins, please contact Guest Services at (888) 300-1515 Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time or (800) 842- 5369 after hours to leave a message to be returned the next business day.

Can I share a Power Card with someone else and still compete?

You can share a Power Card with someone else and still compete, but it will be under ONE Play ID. Therefore, whoever purchased the Power Card will be the sole contact and only winner for any prizes.

Can Guests use their summer season pass?

Yes! Guests with a SSP only need to go to the Kiosk > Select Check Balance and follow the prompts to select a Play ID.
