The Winter Season Pass gets you access to unlimited game play, food and beverage discounts, and more through February 24, 2026.
You can purchase your Winter Season Pass on our website, in the D&B Rewards app, and in-store at a kiosk or with a team member.
Yes, you will be prompted to enroll in the D&B Rewards program at time of purchase. You will not be required to download the app.
Once you have purchased your pass, you will receive a QR code via SMS or email confirmation AND in your D&B Rewards app that should be scanned in-store with a Team Member to receive your unlimited gameplay and other discounts. You will also be requested to show proof of identification.
- Silver Passes are not valid to be used starting 5PM on Fridays through 11:59PM local time on Sundays or the following dates: November 26 – November 30, December 25– January 1, January 19, February 16.
- Gold Passes are not valid on the following dates: November 26 – November 30, December 25– January 1, January 19, February 16.
- Platinum Passes can be used all day, every day.
Yes, but only with a Team Member in-store, online or through our app. You cannot purchase a pass in-store at a kiosk on a day when they are not redeemable.
No refunds will be issued for the Winter Season Pass.

Passes can only be purchased and redeemed at participating Dave & Buster’s locations in the U.S. (not valid in Canada).
If you did not receive your pass in your confirmation email or in your D&B Rewards app, please check your spam folder and/or refresh your app. If you are still unable to locate your pass, please call Guest Services at (888) 300-1515 Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time or (800) 842-5369 after hours to leave a message to be returned the next business day.
The food and beverage discount of 5%, 15% or 25% (depending on your pass level) can be used on any food or non-alcoholic beverage items from our dining menu. Please provide your phone number and present your pass to your server to receive this benefit. This discount cannot be used with any existing deals such as 10 Wings for $10, Eat and Play Combo, or any other promotional food and beverage items.
You can use your 5%, 15% or 25% food and beverage discount once per day on valid dates.
We recommend that you use a new Power Card to redeem your unlimited game play. If you use an existing Power Card that already has chips loaded, you will not be able to use those chips to play games until the end of the season (Feb 24). For the best experience, we suggest holding onto this card until your Winter Season Pass expires. If you lose your card, we can create a new one, but any tickets on the physical card cannot be transferred unless they are stored in your D&B Rewards App.
You can earn tickets with the Gold and Platinum passes on eligible games. Gold passholders can earn up to 1,000 tickets weekly, and Platinum passholders can earn up to 2,000 tickets weekly. Ticket earning cap is reset weekly every Monday.
If you reach your ticket limit on the Gold and Platinum Pass, you can continue to play games but will no longer receive tickets for the week.
Yes, any tickets earned during the week will roll over to the following week. Unearned weekly tickets will not roll over to the next week.
Please visit a Team Member in-store if you lose your Power Card. You’ll need to present your Season Pass order confirmation QR code to verify your purchase. Once verified, a Team Member can issue a replacement Power Card. When the new card is activated, your previous card will automatically be deactivated to prevent duplicate use. For added security, we recommend loading your physical Power Card into the D&B Rewards app for safekeeping.
