The Summer Season Pass gets you access to unlimited game play, food and beverage discounts, and more through September 8, 2026.
You can purchase your Summer Season Pass on our website, in the D&B Rewards app, in-store at a kiosk or with a Team Member.
Yes, you will be prompted to enroll in the D&B Rewards program at time of purchase. You will not be required to download the app.
Once you’ve purchased your pass, you’ll receive a QR code via SMS or email (based on your selection), as well as in the D&B Rewards app. Present your QR code to a Team Member in-store to activate your Unlimited Game Play and other discounts. You will also be asked to show a valid form of identification.
Unlimited game play is valid on blue and green swipe games only. Purple swipe games—VR, crane games, pushers, dance games or merchandising games—are excluded. Click here to see full list of excluded games.
- Silver Passes are not valid to be used starting 5PM on Fridays through 11:59PM local time on Sundays or the following dates: May 23-May 25; June 19; September 5-September 7
- Gold Passes are not valid on the following dates: May 23-May 25; June 19; September 5-September 7
- Platinum Passes can be used all day, every day.
Yes, but only with a Team Member in-store, online or through our app. You cannot purchase a pass in-store at a kiosk on a day when they are not redeemable.
An upgrade from Silver or Gold to higher tiers is available in-store with a Team Member.
- Upgrade from Silver to Gold (from Tier 1 to Tier 2): $30
- Upgrade from Silver to Platinum (from Tier 1 to Tier 3): $80
- Upgrade from Gold to Platinum (from Tier 2 to Tier 3): $50
Upgrade prices are not prorated.
No refunds will be issued for the Summer Season Pass.

Passes can only be purchased and redeemed at participating Dave & Buster’s locations in the U.S. (not valid in Canada).
If you did not receive your pass in your confirmation email or in your D&B Rewards app, please check your spam folder and/or refresh your app. If you are still unable to locate your pass, please call Guest Services at (888) 300-1515 available Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM CT and Saturday–Sunday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM CT. The food and beverage discount of 5%, 15% or 25% (depending on your pass level) can be used on any food or non-alcoholic beverage items from our dining menu. Please make sure to provide your phone number and present your pass to your server to receive this benefit. This discount cannot be used with any existing deals such as $1 Wings, Eat and Play Combo, or any other promotional food and beverage items.
You can use your 5%, 15% or 25% food and beverage discount once per day on valid dates.
We recommend that you use a new Power Card to redeem your unlimited game play. If you use an existing Power Card that already has chips loaded, you will not be able to use those chips to play games until the end of the season (September 8). For the best experience, we suggest holding onto this card until your Summer Season Pass expires. If your card is lost, we can issue a replacement. Any tickets on the lost card can be transferred to the new card only if they have not been redeemed and the original card was linked to your D&B Rewards account.
You can earn tickets with the Gold and Platinum passes on eligible games. Gold passholders can earn up to 1,000 tickets weekly and Platinum passholders can earn up to 2,000 tickets weekly. Ticket earning cap is reset weekly every Monday.
If you reach your ticket limit on the Gold and Platinum Pass, you can continue to play games but will no longer receive tickets for the week.
Yes, any tickets earned during the week will roll over to the following week. Unearned weekly tickets will not roll over to the next week.
Please see a manager in-store if you lose your power card. We also recommend that you add your Power Card to your D&B Rewards app to check balances as well as have the ability to freeze the card if lost to prevent unauthorized use.
Yes, your Unlimited Play Pass benefits remain valid throughout the 60-day period.
No, switching from the Unlimited Play Pass to the Summer Season Pass is not permitted. A Summer Season Pass may be purchased separately or after the 60-day Unlimited Play Pass period has ended.
