Frequently Asked Questions

The Unlimited Play Pass is valid for 60 consecutive days from the date of purchase, with no blackout dates for any tier. This means the pass can be used any time or day of the week, including weekends and holidays! It’s also offered at a lower starting price point, beginning at $59.99 for the Standard tier. Additionally, Premium Pass holders receive an added free dessert benefit.

Yes, you will be prompted to enroll in the D&B Rewards program at time of purchase. You will not be required to download the app.

Once you’ve purchased your pass, you’ll receive a QR code via SMS or email (based on your selection), as well as in the D&B Rewards app. Present your QR code to a Team Member in-store to activate your Unlimited Game Play and other discounts. You will also be asked to show a valid form of identification.

Unlimited game play is valid on blue and green swipe games only. Purple swipe games—VR, crane games, pushers, dance games or merchandising games—are excluded. Click here to see full list of excluded games.

 

Your pass is valid for 60 days beginning on the date of purchase and will expire 60 days after that date. This applies to all tiers

Standard, Deluxe, and Premium Passes can be used all day, every day during the 60-day duration period. 

An upgrade from Standard or Deluxe to higher tiers is available in-store with a Team Member.

  • Upgrade from Standard to Deluxe (from Tier 1 to Tier 2): $40
  • Upgrade from Standard to Premium (from Tier 1 to Tier 3): $60
  • Upgrade from Deluxe to Premium (from Tier 2 to Tier 3): $20

Upgrading to a higher tier does not reset the 60-day duration period, and upgrade prices are not prorated.

No refunds will be issued for the Unlimited Play Pass.

Passes can only be purchased and redeemed at participating Dave & Buster’s locations in the U.S. (not valid in Canada).

 

If you did not receive your pass in your confirmation email or in your D&B Rewards app, please check your spam folder and/or refresh your app. If you are still unable to locate your pass, please call Guest Services at (888) 300-1515 available Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM CT and Saturday–Sunday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM CT. Your pass will expire 60 days from purchase. This is the same for all tiers.

The food and non-alcoholic beverage discount of 5%, 15% or 25% (depending on your pass level) can be used on any food or non-alcoholic beverage items from our dining menu. Please make sure to provide your phone number and present your pass to your server to receive this benefit. This discount cannot be used with any existing deals such as 10 Wings for $10, Eat and Play Combo, or any other promotional food and non-alcoholic beverage items.

Premium Unlimited Play Pass holders will receive up to 2 complimentary desserts during the 60 day window. This benefit is available only while the pass is active. The current offer may be redeemed for any dessert item, with no minimum purchase required. To receive your complimentary dessert, provide your phone number and present your active pass to your server. This benefit is subject to change at any time.

We recommend that you use a new Power Card to redeem your unlimited game play. If you use an existing Power Card that already has chips loaded, you will not be able to use those chips to play games until the expiration of your pass (60 days after purchase). For the best experience, we suggest holding onto this card until your Unlimited Play Pass expires. If your card is lost, we can issue a replacement. Any tickets on the lost card can be transferred to the new card only if they have not been redeemed and the original card was linked to your D&B Rewards account.

You can earn tickets with the Deluxe and Premium passes in eligible games. Deluxe passholders can earn up to 1,000 tickets weekly, and Premium passholders can earn up to 2,000 tickets weekly. The weekly ticket cap resets every Monday. Unearned weekly tickets will not roll over to the next week.

If you reach your ticket limit on the Deluxe and Premium Pass, you can continue to play games but will no longer receive tickets for the week.

Please see a manager in-store if you lose your power card. We also recommend that you add your Power Card to your D&B Rewards app to check balances as well as have the ability to freeze the card if lost to prevent unauthorized use.
